The kitchen is the heart of our business, and our culinary philosophy is firmly anchored in the harmony of products and dishes. Our dishes are always fresh, light and seasonal, making use of an ever-changing range of products from the market while favouring regional ingredients.
Our lunch menu consists of a small but special selection of dishes. We offer three set menus of the day – meat or fish, vegetarian or pasta – and a limited selection from the dinner menu.
We also accept lunch checks.
Our carefully compiled wine list was created in cooperation with Bodega Peninsula and the Münsterkellerei in Bern. We also offer bottle-quality wines by the glass.
